Rolex (Ugandan Chapati Egg Roll)
Uganda's signature street food: a homemade chapati bonded to a vegetable-studded omelette and rolled up. The name has nothing to do with the watch — it's "rolled eggs" said fast. The trick is laying the chapati on while the egg is still wet, so the two become one.
